KMPLOVKKS’ APPEALS HKARD William Frederick Keys, a painter and paperhanger employed by the North Canterburv Hospital Board, appealed before the Industrial Manpower Committee yesterday against the decision of the Manpower Officer, to allow the hoard to terminate his employment.
