APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 26. Military appointments and promotions gazetted to-night include the following:— New Zealand Staff Corps: Major (temporary lieutenant-colonel) W. R. Burge, Deputy-Quartermaster-General (2), Army Headquarters, to be colonel (temporary). New Zealand Permanent Staff: Major and Quartermaster (temporary) G. P. O’Leary is appointed Assistant-Quar-termaster-General (Ordnance), Army Headquarters, and granted the temporary rank of lieutenant-colonel and quartermaster. New Zealand Temporary Staff: Major G. T. Kellaway, 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force, Assistant-Quartermaster-General (1), Army Headquarters, to be lieutenant-colonel (temporary); Major C. C. Marsack is appointed Assistant - QuartermasterGeneral (3) (Movements), Army Headquarters, and granted the temporary rank of lieutenant-colonel; Major F. C. Gleeson, Staff ' Officer, Mechanical Transport (Tech.), Army Headquarters, to be lieutenant-colonel (temporary); Major O, D.
