COURT-MARTIAL SENTENCE CONFIRMED
The sentence of 14 days’ detention Imposed by a court-martial upon Gunner John Michael McGurrin, of the 11th Heavy Regiment, has been confirmed by the convening officer (Brigadier E. T. Rowlllngs) and promulgated. McGurrin was found guilty of using insubordinate and threatening language to his superior officer, and disobeying a lawful command given to him by his superior officer.
