Turkish Editors in Britain.—The Turkish editors now touring Britain have cabled to their newspapers their keen appreciation of the British war effort. One of them states that numerous officers and also the general public are all convinced that the period for defence has ended and the time for an attack has arrived.—Ankara, September 18.
