It is proving popular among many users of Fether-Flake who have already found Fether-Flake pastry such a boon in making jam tarts, treacle tarts, etc. Here is the recipe for Marmalade Tart: 41b FetherFlake Pastry. Roll out thin, line patty pans or one large tin plate with pastry, half fill .with Marmalade filling and bake twenty minutes. Filling: loz butter; loz sugar, 1 beaten egg, 2oz flour, \ teaspoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons marmalade. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and other ingredients. Use as above.
