Mr Willkle In Persia.—ln Teheran yesterday, Mr Wendell Willkie conferred with the Persian Prime Minister and other representatives of the Government, He was to meet the Shah today. The Prime Minister referred to the cordial relations existing between the United States and Persia, and said .that MrWillkie’s visit would forge new links.— London, September 15.
