SOCIAL AT MARSHLAND

There was a large attendance at the Marshland Hall recently, when a dance was held to honour Driver J. Robertson, Privates E. Myers, B. Gorinski, and V. Crozier. Music for dancing was played by the McFadden brothers, and extras by Mrs S. Erickson. In the cards room winners were Mrs Hibbard and Mr Ashton. Mr W. J. Walter, who presided, made presentations from residents to the guests of honour. Mrs Price presented gifts from the Marshland sub-centre of the Red Cross.
