MILITIA MAY ENLIST IN A.I.F.

♦ MELBOURNE, June 10. Militiamen and permanent soldiers between the ages of 19 and 40 may now enlist in the A.I.F. Announcing this, the headquarters of the Allied Land Forces said that the age limit might be extended to 45 for those on technical duties. Only those medically fit would be allowed to enlist,, Those who could volunteer for the A.I.F. (service at home or abroad) included men called up for universal training, and Allied nationals and naturalised aliens who had volunteered for the militia.
