SEVERE WEATHER IN EUROPE

LONDON, January 12. Extremely cold weather is being experienced in Sweden. Thirty-six degrees of frost Fahrenheit were recorded in Stockholm, and 45 degrees at Falun. Messages to Zurich from Budapest report that rail traffic has been further restricted because of snowstorms and extreme cold. The railway between Croatia and Dalmatia is blocked by snow.
