CUBAN PRESIDENT’S PREDICTION HAVANA, November 22. The President of Cuba (Colonel Fulf gencio Batista), in a speech predicting that the United States would be in the war by next spring, added: “When tlje United States declares war, Cuba will be the first nation to enter the war on , her side.”
