WHIPPET RACING

In the open flat handicap at the trophy meeting of the New Brighton Whippet Racing Club at Bower Park on Saturday, Gay Parade, on a 14yds handicap, beat the young champion Flying Dust, who conceded Gay Parade 6 yards. A new class of event, the AH Class Stakes, the dogs being handicapped on their respective class marks, created much interest. The winner of the final -was Celerlte.
