(P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 22. A request to employers throughout the Dominion to make a complete check of their staffs from. Monday, August 25, to ensure that all male members, both married and single, who were natural born British subjects, other than Maoris of half or fuller blood, who had attained the age of 18, but not 46, have carried out their obligations under the National Service Emergency Regulations, was made by the Minister for National Service (the Hon. R. Semple) to-night. Mr Semple said that all 2nd Division reservists who registered up to August 18 had now been issued with certificates of enrolment, with the exception of a few hundred whose registration forms were under inquiry These latter had been issued with interim acknowledgements, so that in eaih case there was some evidence that their enrolment has been carried out
