♦ — FATAL INJURIES (V A ) DUNEDIN, June 11. While cycling to the city this evening Doris Lindsay, aged 19, of 21 Lovaltv street, came into collision with a motor-car, and was thrown heavily from the machine, suffering severe injuries to the head. She died two hours after admission to hospital. WOMAN KILLED ( p a ) AUCKLAND, June 11. , A woman passenger in a small motorcar travelling on the Great South road, suffered injuries from she latei Hipd when it struck a stationary motor-truck. The victim was Mrs Sheila Jean aged 32 wife of the Rev. I. William G. R. Co’ombridge, a Methodist minister, of Bombay. INJURED WHILE ON PICKET DUTY Struck by a truck when he wasi on nickel duty at Kaikoura yesterday, Driver W L. Thin, of 380 Durham street, suffered facial abrasions and jury to a leg.
