•Mr Roosevelt to Speak.—Mr Roosevelt will make a speech, the ostensible subject being' the defence savings drive, on Wednesday evening. The speech will -be broadcast on a nationwide network, also on the short-wave stations WCAB, 48.5 metres, and WCXB, 25 and 31 metres. The Secretary of the Treasury (Mr Henry Morgen thau), and the Postmaster-General (Mr Frank C. Walker) will also speak, but it is not known in What order,— Washington, Apri||aa.
