GERMAN FREIGHTER LEAVES RIO DE JANEIRO
(Received April 29, 10.30 p.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, April 28. The German freighter Lech which arrived from Germany on March 3 after breaking th 6 blockade, sallfid today. Captain Bririckman asked for a permit to sail at noon to-morrow, but sailed at 8 p.m. after completing loading cotton.
