BRIGHTON POWER BOAT CLUB’S RACE
——♦ Eight boats faced the starter for the seventh race of the season held by the Brighton Power Boat Club. Invader (L. Cocks) turned turtle when turning at high speed near the finishing post. Results were:—Cottenera (H. PanneU), hdcp. 41mln 30sec, time 40min 20sec, 1; Shooting' Star (L. Nixon), hdcp. lOmin 20sec, time lOmin 36sec, 2; Nancy (H. Mclntosh), hdcp. 38min, time 38min 37sec, 3. Also started: Verona, Rawhltl, Snappy, and Invader.
