Day of February, 1941. to consider a Motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its Sanction to the borrowing of a sum of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED POUNDS (£3600) for the purpose of laying sewage sewers in the Special Area defined by Kesolhtion of the Hoard dgted the Seventeenth Day of April. 1923. and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the Twentysixth day of April, 1923, and as amended from time to time by Resolutions of the Board under the provisions of Section 5, Christchurch District Drainage Amendment, 1922. Tlie proposed rate to provide interest and sinking fund on the said sum of £3600 is FIVE-ONE THOUSAND AND TWENTY-FOURTHS (5/1024thd) OF A PENNY in the £ upon the Capital Value of the Special Area described as aforesaid.
