AJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ai Oxford County Council proposes at a Special Meeting, to be held on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13th, 1941, to consider a Motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of TWO THOUSAND POUNDS (£2000) for the purpose of making advances to ratepayers under the' provisions of "The Rural Housing Act, 1939,” such amount to be secured by a Special Rate of l/25th of a penny in the £ on the Capital Value of all rateable property within the said County. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Oxford County Council, Oxford, not later than the day- preceding the meeting.
