CHRISTIAN SCIENCE CHURCHES

“Is the Universe, Including Man,. Evolved by Atomic Force?” is the subject of the lesson-sermon in all Churches of Christ, Scientist, to-mor-row. The Golden Text is: “Lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, the Lord, the God of hosts, is his name.” (Amos 4: 13.) Among the citations which comprise the lesson-sermon is the following from the Bible: “Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth” (Psalms 46: 10). The lesson-sermon also contains the following passage from the. text-book of Christian Science, “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures,” by Mary Baker Eddy; “Moral and spiritual might belong to Spirit, who holds the ‘wind in his fists’; and this teaching accords with Science and harmony.”
