MANY ESCAPE INTO SPAIN (Received June 20, 10 p.m.) IRUN, June 20. Refugees from France say that thousands of others are jamming the Spanish Consulates seeking visas to enter Spain. Refugees who have crossed the frontier include the former Polish Ambassador to Rome (Dr. Alfred Wysocki), members of the Embassies and Consulates of various nations, the former Belgian Premier (Dr. van Zeeland), the former Empress Zita of Austria-Hungary, and her son. Prince Otto of Habsburg, and the Grand Duchess of Luxemburg.
