MAGISTRATE’S COURT At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, before Mr F. F. Reid, S.M., Joseph Percival Corley, for being on licensed premises after hours, was convicted and fined 10s. and ordered to pay costs. For delivering a registered firearm to another person without obtaining a permit, Alan Ernest Charles Reid was convicted and ordered to pay costs. Ah order was made for the confiscation of the firearm. On a further charge of failing, while being the registered owner of a firearm, to notify his change of address, he was convicted and discharged. Traffic Cases —Inconsiderate driving, Keith William Lucas, fined 30s and ordered to pay costs. Excessive speed: Gordon Hector Grimsdale, fined 15s and ordered to pay costs. ’ A charge against William Stephen Tredennick (Mr E. A. Lee) of having over-loaded a taxi, was dismissed.
