\ [From Our Parliamentary Repprter.l
WELLINGTON, June 19
Mr H. H. Sterling, a former general manager of railways, has offered his services free to the Government for six months, and he will be liaison officer to the Minister for National Service and Repatriation (the Hon. R. Semple). “Mr Sterling is a man of wide experience and has complete knowledge of all forms of transport,” said Mr Semple to-night. “He is still a young man, with great driving force, initiative, and personality, and we have readily accepted his offer. He is going to work with me, and to help me in the task ahead.”
