The Wellington Lawn Tennis Association’s annual championship tournament, which began on Saturday and was continued on Monday, concluded at Miramar to-day with the exception of the mixed doubles. Most matches in the Waikato tennis tournament were concluded to-day. buss Margaret Beverley retained the singles title, defeating Miss C. Buckley, 6-3, 6-0. Misses Margaret and Nessie Beverley retained the doubles title, defeating Misses C. Buckley and B. Potter. 10-8, 6-2. _ The men’s singles final resulted in J. Roach beating D. B. Livingstone, 4-6, 6-2, 6-3. ■
