A Reminder Nominations for the Canterbury Park Trptting Club’s meeting will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. , On the Mend G. McKendry is making slow but steady improvement from the injuries he received through a fall at the August meeting at Addington, but it may be some time before he is able to drive again. He will not be in the sulky at Timaru, and there is a doubt as to whether his services will be available for the Christmas or New Year meetings. If he is well enough to drive he will probably visit Auckland, and will handle Token, Battlefield, and Battlevale in their Auckland engagements.
