SCHOOL AT HOME TO VISITORS

The Christchurch South Intermediate School was at home yesterday afternoon to the staffs and senior pupils of the "Sydenham, Addington, Somerfield, and West Spreydon schools. About 300 pupils visited the school. The visitors, who were welcomed by the principal (Mr H. Rochfort), were conducted by pupils through the buildings._and were also shown an exhibition "of the present pupils’ work in art, dressmaking and handcrafts. The visiting staff members, about 40 in number, were entertained to afternoon tea by the intermediate staff of the Christchurch South School
