FOR GYMNASIUM FUND In October, a garden fete is to be held to raise funds for the building of a gymnasium at “Loreto,” the boys’ preparatory school in Windermere road, Papanui, and already stallholders and interested friends, with commendable foresight, are arranging money-making parties to swell the profits of the fete. One of the pleasantest of these gatherings' was held last night at the home of Mr and Mrs E. JBridgman, Heaton street, where Mrs Bridgman and.
