JOCKEY’S APPEAL ALLOWED
SUSPENSION FOR BREACH AT STRATFORD
(press association telegram.) NEW PLYMOUTH. February 14. The Taranaki District Committee to night allowed the appeal of the jockey R. W. Savage, against a two months suspension imposed by the judicial committee of the Stratford Racing CJub for starting from the wrong barrier position in the Kaponga Hack Handicap on the second day of the Stratford race meeting on January 3.
