LOYALTY PLEDGED TO GRAND DUKE VLADIMIR

I Nearly 2000 officers and notables of the Tsarist Court pledged their loyalty fo the Grand Duke Vladimir as "Tsar of all the Russias." Former generals who are now taxidrivers and former countesses who are now domestic servants and sales women, cheered the Duke's declaration: "We must return to our own country." The Duke in an interview denied that he had plans to accept the Ukrainian throne under Herr Hitler's domination.
