AUSTRIAN MINISTER KNIGHTED
ASSUMPTION OF BRITISH NATIONALITY FORMALITIES WAIVED FOR BARON FRANCKENSTEIN LONDON, July 25. - His Majesty has knighted the former Austrian Minister in London, Baron Franckenstein, who has become a naturalised Briton. He is described in the Court circular as “Mr George FranckenIn granting Baron Franckenstein naturalisation the authorities waived certain formalities which are normally demanded, in view of his “long and distinguished association with England.”
