THEFT OF £55 AT WANGANUI

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WANGANUI, July 25. During the week-end thieves removed a safe containing £55 in money from the Maypole Stores, Aramoho. Entrance was gained by breaking a small pane of glass in a door, which enabled the intruders to work the lock. The safe-was heavy enough to require at least two men to carry it from the office.
