CANTERBURY COURT AT EXHIBITION

ARCHITECTS CONSIDER PROPOSALS A matter of-public interest which came before a recent meeting of the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Institute of Architects was the consideration of tentative proposals for the Canterbury Court at the New Zealand Centennial Exhibition in Wellington. The chairman (Mr B. J. Ager), who presided, said that he had been in touch with the Mayor (Mr R. M. Macfarlane) and the secretary of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce (Mr J. Roy Smith). The meeting approved of the steps taken and a committee was appointed to deal with the matter.
