PLACEMENT SERVICE AT WAIMATE
Since the Waimate district came under the control of the Placement Office at Timaru in March this year 93 permanent, temporary, and casual jobs have been found for men and youths. An officer of the department at Waimate reports that during last week two men were found temporary jobs, and one was found a casual job.
