OXFORD FARM PROPERTIES. qpHE PUBLIC TRUSTEE invites alternative Tenders for Lease for a term of five years expiring on 24/4/43, or for the Purchase of farm properties situate at Oxford containing (1) 19 acres 2 roods, and/or (2) 67 acres, either together or in separate lots. The smaller property, which is at present occupied by Mr J. H. Barrett, comprises medium light land and the larger place, which is occupied by Mr W. H. R. Stephenson, is heavy agricultural land suitable for general or mixed farming. There are no buildings on either property. The current leases expire on the 24th April next.
