BULLER LOAN PROPOSALS

FARMERS INTERJECT AT MEETING EXPENDITURE ON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS Speaking at the meeting of ratepayers held in Westport to protest against the Buller County Council's loan proposals for road improvements and new Council Chambers, the Hon. W. H. Mclnlyre, M.L.C., stated that by the Karamea and Buller dairy factories 600 tons of butter were produced annually, valued at £BO,OOO.
