TECHNICAL OLD BOYS' CLUB ANNUAL MEETING HELD The annual meeting of the Christchurch Technical College Old Boys' Association Football Club was held at the College on Thursday, evening; Mr'C. Sanderson presided over a large attendance. The annual report stated that the club had had a successful season, winning the senior grade competition for the first time. It also won the fifth, sixth, and seventh grades," and was runner-up in the fourth grade. , The balance-sheet showed a credit of £8 17s 2,d.,.. "■ Officers were elected as follows:—Patron; Dr. D. E. Hansen: president, Mr C. Sanderson; vice-presidents, Messrs J. B. -McBride, G. A. Phear, G. Duncan, R. Broadbelt, A. Broadbelt, T. Cook, A. Scott, A. Milne, and L. Martin; club captain, Mr R. Smith; deputy-captain, Mr A. Almond; secretary-treasurer, Mr A. Scott; emergency committee, president, secretary, and Messrs'E. Collins, L. Leete - , I. Jackson, and D. Richardson; delegate to Primary Schools' Sports Association, Mr R. Black; delegates to Canterbury Football Associa T tion, Messrs R. Smith, A.- Scott, and H. G. Smith; delegate to Sports Protection Association, Mr A. Scott; selectors, Messrs T. Cook, A. Milne, and L. Martin. It was decided to. start' training on March 17, to hold the. opening day on April 2, and to play a match against Ashburton on April 9.
