MOTHERS' MEETING
PICNIC AT SCARBOROUGH The annual picnic of the Oxford Terrace Baptist Mothers' Meeting was held at Scarborough in perfect weather. , Races and competitions were helei during the day. Before afternoon tea was served, Mrs G. Reddell, president of the Oxford Terrace Dorcas Society, presented the prizes, successful competitors being Mesdames, Parsons, McGregor, Fordham, Bruce, A. McDonald, and Miss F. Badcock. On behalf of members, Mrs Reddell presented small gifts to Mesdames Newsome and Barkel, in appreciation of their help each week, in serving the afternoon tea after the meetings. ___————-
