DAMAGE TO R.A.F. MACHINES
ATTEMPT AT SABOTAGE
SUSPECTED
LONDON, February 28,
The police are investigating what is believed to be attempted sabotage of two newly-built high-speed Royal Air Force bombers which are awaiting tests at the Ringway aerodrome at Manchester. Holes were drilled in the petrol tanks.
