MANOEUVRES AT SINGAPORE
_ MASSING OF FORCES . _ (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY. February 2. The manoeuvres for the opening of the Singrpore base have begun. Twenty-seven warships, including aircraft carriers, destroyers, and submarines of the East Indies and China squadrons, three Royal Indian Navy sloops, and more than 100 aeroplanes, and land forces approximating 10,000 troops, are taking part. ___^______
