FATAL NEGLIGENCE
* INTOXICATED DRIVER • CONVICTED (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, February 2. In the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr Justice Kennedy, Thomas Crisp was found guilty on a charge that, while intoxicated in charge of a motor vehicle, he drove negligently so as to cause the death of Arnold Dickson Sparks. Accused was remanded for sentence. ■
