THE FOUNDATIONS OF BELIEF
ro ru« iDnua vt ibi phess. Sir, —Professor Coleridge Farr's letter touching on the foundations of belief must appeal to the analyticallyminded as being very sane and reasonable, if somewhat diplomatic in expression. Therefore, if the traditional foundation of belief proves questionable, what indeed is to become of the numerous "houses built on sand." Hence the somewhat heated and perhaps unworthy controversy raging at present.—Yours, etc.. D.A.G. Ahaura, January 19, 1938.
