FOUR MEASURES STILL TO BE DEALT WITH (From Our Parliamentary Reporter.! WELLINGTON, December 8. Aided by the end-of-session feeling, 10 bills were passed in the House of Representatives to-day. These consisted of six local bills and four Government measures, the latter being the Local Legislation Bill, the Sovereign's Birthday Observance Bill, the Agricultural Emergency Regulations Confirmation Bill, and the School of Agriculture Bill.
