TWENTY-SIXTH SESSION OPENED PREPARATORY WORK FOR CONFERENCES (UKJJXI) Ml£aS *«3OUIAXIOK—COVTEJGHT.) (Received November 8, 11.30 p.m.) GENEVA, November 8. The twenty-sixth session of the League Health Committee is now sitting. The chairman is M. Parisot (France). On the agenda are the action to be taken following the Bandoeng conference, rural hygiene, and other work preparatory for the American conference, rural hygiene in Mexico in December, 1938, and for the European conference on rural life in July, 1939. The committee will consider various questions of housing, nutrition, malaria, and constitution of the International Commission of Health, and pharmacologists. The committee will renew the mandate of the Management Committee appointed to examine the choice of an international centre for the study of leprosy.
