EMBARGO ON STOCK
BREED SOCIETIES FAVOUR REMOVAL
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) PALMERSTON N., November 5. Freisian cattle breeders stood out today in opposing a proposal that the embargo on stock be lifted. Nevertheless, a meeting of the New Zealand Breed Societies’ Federation favoured the lifting, and a similar attitude was adopted by the Ryeland Sheep Society yesterday.
