GRANDSTAND COLLAPSE IN COLOGNE
SPECTATORS INJURED ' AT MILITARY REVIEW COLOGNE, September 16. A grandstand on which 5000 People, including high-placed diplomats, were watching a military parade crumpled into the arena without warning.
