«. INTERNATIONAL RACE WON BY AMERICA (Received September 15, 12.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, September 14. At Mount Kosciusko to-day the Australian downhill ski-ing championship, combined with an international match and the inter-Dominion match, was held in brilliant sunshine and spring snow on a twomile course, with a 2000-feet descent. H. Wigley and B. McMillan represented I\ew Zealand in the international match, and the Wigley brothers, McMillan, and Murphy in the inter-Dominion event. The New Zealand women's team will be Mrs A. B. Edwardes, Misses P. Murphy, D. Allen, and J. Bsale, the best three to count. B. von Glasersfeld (Ski Club, Arlberg) won the men's title in 2min 47sec from the American, R. Durrance, and G. Day (Australia). America won the international match. ____^______
