The tramp steamer Simonside has been purchased by Greek buyers. Built in 1920, the Simonside was named Dalvvorth until her purchase in 1935 by the Side Shipping Company On a voyage from Antwerp last year the Simonside visited Auckland and other. Dominion ports and complaints concerning crew's accommodation and food were voiced in Court. The steamer, as the Dalvvorth, realised about £21,000 on the sale in 1935. Her purchase price to the Greek buyers was about £57,000.
