CHRISTCHURCH TEAMS PLAY AT KAIKOURA VISITORS SUCCEED IN TWO GAMES Representative hockey teams from Canterbury visited Kaikoura on Saturday and played two matches, one senior and one junior. Both games were interesting and keenly contested. Canterbury won both, but not by big margins. The results were:— Senior—Canterbury 5, Kaikoura 2. Junior—Canterbury schoolboys 3, Kaikoura 1. The visitors were the guests of the Kaikoura Club in the evening at a dance held in the Show Ground pavilion, where there was a big attendance. The Canterbury teams returned home on Sunday.
