OLYMPIC GAMES IN TOKYO
COMMITTEE RESOLVES TO HOLD CONTEST (Received September 9, 5.5 p.m.) TOKYO, September 8. The Olympic Games Committee has resolved to hold the Games according to plan. A message from Tokyo on Wednesday said that there was a possibility that the Olympic Games, to be held there in 1940, would have to be postponed because of the grave situation.
