Commercial flying at night on a scale never before attempted in Australia is envisaged by American interests which are seeking a contract with the Federal Government for air mail services between all the C 3.13 ileitis The proposal is to employ eight Douglas aeroplanes with sleeping accommodation for passengers, to fly mails at night. Each aeroplane will cost* £30,000.
