THEATRE STRIKE
AUDIENCE RECEIVES MONEY BACK (Received July 12, 1 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 11. Employees of the Tivoli Theatre went on strike last night to obtain an increase in their wages commensurate with the recent rise in the Federal basic wage. The management disputed the claim. The audience received its money back and the theatre was closed.
